Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During new product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method selected, and order weight.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Chiron Fuel + is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.
- Contact Chiron Fuel + with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Delays
